Bryan K. Rogers grew up in southern Texas and has lived in southeastern Wyoming for the past 20 years with his wife, Julie, and four children. A former manager of Flying J Travel Plazas for Pilot Flying J, the world's largest diesel retailer, Bryan oversaw all of their construction projects nationwide, directly supervising between $11 to 25 million in expenditures annually. While at Flying J, he was also responsible for handling environmental issues throughout the Northwest, including: Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Colorado, as well as larger environmental issues nation-wide. Before that, he was an entrepreneur in the construction business, creating and constructing multi-unit residential and commercial buildings in Northern Colorado.

When it comes to the practice of law, Bryan says, "My business background gives me a slightly different approach to the legal process than students who have gone straight from college into the practice of law."

"For my clients, I'm able to synergize my life and business experience. I understand what it means to be going through a crisis and therefore what kind of pressure my clients are under. Because I understand how many issues can play out in a court of law, I'm better able to advocate for my clients and foresee future potential problems that can arise unexpectedly. I believe this gives my clients stronger representation in and out of the courts."

In 2009, Bryan began working with Melchior Law Firm, PC, and earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Wyoming College of Law. He has a general practice, covering many aspects of business, agricultural and family law.

In addition to his legal profession, Bryan is active in his community and serves on the local board of the Cheyenne Berean church and the national board of Maranatha Camp Ministries.
